We want you to be happy with your DGC order! All of our jewelry and apparel creations are guaranteed to be in excellent condition at the time of the sale and shipping.
Please keep in mind the following – most of our crystal rhinestone creations are made to order, per customer specifications, and can only be returned under the guidelines below. Additionally, our jewelry is to be used as a glamour accessory only and we are not responsible for the misuse or abuse of any item. All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the products. Items that appear to be worn, abused or machine washed will be returned to the customer without refund.
Custom Products
- Custom products are exchangeable only if they arrive damaged, or differ from what was ordered online. All products with a custom name, phrase or unique selection (such as a symbol) are considered Custom.
Standard Merchandise
- Items that are not custom may be exchanged for a different size of the same item (style & color), with no fee. We accept returns of standard merchandise within 14 days of receipt. There is a $10 re-stocking fee on all returns and shipping charges are not refundable.
